The POPI Act

Information that is gathered as part of the photoshoot

We do not store or gather any personal information about your child. We do however capture and store images of them as part of the photoshoot.

Information that is gathered from visitors to the site

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies are used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

When sending feedback we store the content of the email along with your email address on our servers.

Information that is gathered from customers to the site

In addition to the general website information gathered about visitors to the site, when ordering from us we store your email address as well as the payment response we get from the payment provider. We do not store or have access to your private credit card information.

How the Information is used

The information is used to enhance your experience when using the website, and to enable payments and the processing of orders.

Email addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

Emails may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

Advertising

There is no advertising on the website and we do not share your details with any third parties for the purpose of advertising.

Customer Options

If you have ordered from us you can request that we delete all personal information that we have stored about you. This is subject to legal restrictions where we are required to retain any information.
